Are you the same as JandJModernDesigns on Etsy?

Yes, JandJModernDesigns is our Etsy shop and we sell the same products there as we do here in our shop.

I am nervous about ordering a personalized product online.  How do I know it will turn out the way I want?

We set high expectations for ourselves when it comes to bringing your vision to life. To feel more comfortable with ordering from us we invite you to read all of our five star review  from our Etsy shop.  Check out our reviews here! Our customers love sharing their photos and positive feedback. 

Do you accept returns, exchanges or changes after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for changes after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through the "notes" section at check out or via email jandjdesigns22@gmail.com before you place your order. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in the "note" section at checkout. We will always do our very best to accommodate your requests! 

Do you send photos before you ship custom items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before creation and shipment. We set high standards for our products and we will personalize your product exactly the way you request. Please make sure to type your specific custom request in the "note" section at check out or email jandjdesigns22@gmail.com.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

The only time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks we ask that you send photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the item (and the box if it's damaged).

Do you offer rush shipping?

All orders will be processed in our standard 1-7 business days and shipped using USPS ground shipping (for U.S. customers).
